SATURDAY & SUNDAY All traders must be in position no later than 10am and ready to trade by 10.30am on Saturday and Sunday.
Any vehicle that does not need to be with your stall/stand MUST be parked in the trader car park
NO VEHICLE MOVEMENT ON SITE DURING SHOW
The show organisers accept no responsibility whatsoever for loss, damage or injury however caused whilst on site.
Site gates will open from 8:00am on Saturday and Sunday.
All traders MUST make sure their pitch is maintained and operated in a safe manner and hold all relevant public liability insurance. We will contact you one month before the show to get a copy of this.
We regret refunds will not be given for any bookings cancelled by the stall holder or causes out of our hands.
All traders will show the relevant documents prior to opening on Friday 14th August 2026.
