The exhibitor shall refer to the individual or company whose name, address, and company details are provided in the sales application form for Ink and Engines Fest.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003e2. Ink and Engines Fest refers to the organising company responsible for the event.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003e3. Ink and Engines Fest will provide the agreed-upon booth space and equipment as outlined in the application form.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003e4. Payments made by exhibitors are non-refundable.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003e5. Cancellation Procedures:\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003e5.1 - Payments paid are non-refundable under all circumstances.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003e5.2 - Cancellation before the show could result in not being able to attend the show the following year.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003e6 - All bookings require full payment to secure the booth space. Without this payment, the registration of interest may be considered unsecured and made available to other prospective exhibitors.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003e6.1- If full payment has not been made 30 days prior to the event, we reserve the right to resell the booth space. In such cases, we will inform the exhibitor before reallocating the booth.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003e7. Exhibitors must set up their booths 30 minutes prior to the event's opening time without exception. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003e7.1 Entry is valid on site from Friday 14th at 8pm until 4.30pm for setting up. Please note we will n\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003eot be held responsible for any large value items ie machines etc \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003eEntry on Saturday and Sunday from 8am. You may begin tracing from 10am.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003e7.2 Failure to comply or set up 30 min prior to opening will result in the exhibitor being unable to participate, with all payments becoming non-refundable.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003e8. The loading area will be closed to exhibitor vehicles 30 minutes before the event opens to the public. Vehicles must be removed and parked in designated areas.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003e9. Exhibitors must completely clear their trade area by the stated closing time on the final day of the event.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003e10. All property delivered to the event venue will be at the exhibitor's risk. Any property not reclaimed by midnight on the last day of the event may be disposed of by the company as deemed fit, with no compensation or consultation with the exhibitor.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003e11. Stand displays \/ trucks will be checked by the company's quality control agent. Exhibitors found to be displaying undesirable goods or services will be required to leave the premises and their booth will be closed. No refunds will be issued in such cases.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003e12. Exhibitors are not allowed to use PA equipment for any reason.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003e13. While the company aims to attract a large public audience, it accepts no responsibility for the final number of attendees.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003e14. The company cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to exhibitors' equipment, stock, booth, individuals, or vehicles, regardless of the cause. Entry to the event is at the exhibitor's own risk. In the event of cancellation or postponement, no refunds will be given. Instead, the exhibitor will be offered a similar-sized booth at a future Ink and Engines Fest event. Exhibitors should obtain their own insurance to cover such circumstances if they wish.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003e15. All exhibitors must have adequate Public and Products Liability insurance in place for their participation in the event. A copy of this will need to be forwarded to hello@inkandengines.co.uk prior to the event so we can obtain the relevant registrations. Unless already sent on their registration form. Failure to do so will result in an additional cost of £150 The company reserves the right to inspect insurance certificates, and in case of any dispute regarding sufficiency, the company's decision will be final.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003e16. The company cannot guarantee exclusivity for any products or services unless expressly authorized by a Director of the company. Employees and salespeople of the company are not authorized to offer exclusivity to exhibitors. The company cannot be held liable for any implied exclusivity not sanctioned by a Director.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003e17. The company will not provide any compensation to exhibitors or their representatives arising from the convention, these terms and conditions, or any other circumstances.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003e18. A limited number of promotional entry tickets may be allocated to exhibitors at the discretion of the company. Exhibitors warrant that they will not sell these promotional tickets for profit.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003e19. All electrical equipment used at the event must have a valid and up-to-date P.A.T. (Portable Appliance Testing) certification. Exhibitors must arrange their own certification. Equipment without a valid certification will not be allowed to be used. Please ensure your equipment is certified prior to the event.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003e20. All traders must comply with the current Environmental Health lads applicable to the local administrative area. Best practice guidelines must be followed as standard.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003e21. Traders must be prepared to answer any questions posed by authority officers to the best of their ability.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p1\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan class=\"s1\"\u003e22. Advertisements booked in the Show Guide will be invoiced separately at the end of the event. Payment must be made within 30 days of receiving the invoice. All contracts are subject to the laws of England and Wales.
