Ticket Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to Ink and Engines Fest, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Non-Refundable Tickets

All tickets are non-refundable. We are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to personal illness, changes in personal circumstances, or event schedule changes.

2. Ticket Transfers

Tickets may be transferred to another person entirely at the ticket holder's own risk and detriment. Ink and Engines Fest accepts no responsibility for any issues arising from the transfer of tickets, including but not limited to fraud, loss, or disputes between parties.

3. Ticket Validity & Scanning

Each ticket is valid for a single use only. Once a ticket has been scanned at the event, it becomes void and cannot be used again. Any attempt to use a previously scanned ticket will result in refusal of entry.

4. Lost Tickets

Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced. If you lose your ticket, you will be required to purchase a new one to gain entry. We strongly recommend keeping your ticket in a safe place and not sharing your ticket QR code or barcode with others.

5. Age Restrictions & Ticket Types

  • Under 12s: Free entry - Ticket required.
  • Ages 13–16: A discounted Teen Ticket is available. Proof of age may be requested.
  • Ages 17+: A standard adult ticket is required.

We reserve the right to request valid photographic ID to verify age at the point of entry.

6. Right to Refuse Entry

Ink and Engines Fest reserves the right to refuse entry to any person without explanation. This includes, but is not limited to, individuals who are intoxicated, behaving in an antisocial manner, or who cannot produce a valid ticket or appropriate ID when requested.

7. Proof of Identity

Ticket holders may be asked to present valid photographic ID upon entry. Accepted forms of ID include a passport, driving licence, or other government-issued photo ID. Failure to produce valid ID when requested may result in refusal of entry without refund.

8. Re-Entry

Re-entry to the event site is permitted for short periods of time. Please ensure you retain your wristband and/or ticket when leaving the site temporarily. Re-entry is at the discretion of event staff and is not guaranteed.

9. Accessibility

The Ink and Engines Fest site is fully accessible. If you have specific accessibility requirements, please contact us in advance so we can ensure the best possible experience for you.

10. Event Changes

Ink and Engines Fest reserves the right to make changes to the event programme, lineup, or schedule without prior notice. No refunds will be issued as a result of such changes.

11. Behaviour on Site

All ticket holders are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner at all times. Any person found to be acting in a manner deemed dangerous, threatening, or disruptive may be removed from the site without refund.
